What is a good workout DVD for someone with herniated discs? - herniated discs more condition_symptoms
I'm 24 and I have two herniated discs and a swollen disc in lower back, but I wanted to start training. Is there a DVD there, this is really an exercise that will help me lose weight, but not kill my back? I watched the DVD and I can see more on my back.
